06 — How to Join

One Gear Higher runs in small cohorts. Groups launch every two to three months, when the right men come together.

Enrollment starts with a conversation. We want to make sure it's the right fit, for you and for the group.


We’ve made this the most accessible way to work directly with Brandon, through small groups of like-minded men. He typically works privately with a small number of men each year. This is a different way in.


At the 30-day mark, we check in. If it doesn't feel like the right fit, we part ways. No pressure to continue.


This is a practical, focused process for a man who wants to get clear, make his move, and shift into the gear that's been available to him all along.
